All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are not affected until their current billing period ends.
Payments are processed by Razorpay (a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway). We do not store your card or UPI details. Razorpay's terms apply to payment processing.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking.
Subscriptions are billed annually. Your subscription activates immediately upon successful payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings โ Account โ Cancel Subscription inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until the period ends.

To request a refund, email support@thecopassenger.com with your registered mobile/email and Razorpay payment ID. We will respond within 5 business days.
GST360 uses a zero-knowledge architecture. Your business data (invoices, customers, transactions) is encrypted on your device before reaching our servers. We cannot read your business data.
Important: Your passcode is the only key to your data. If you lose your passcode and have no recovery method set up, your data cannot be recovered โ by you or by us. This is a mathematical property of the encryption, not a policy choice.
We are not liable for data loss resulting from forgotten passcodes, device loss, or failure to
maintain backups. We strongly recommend exporting your .gst360 backup file regularly
from Settings โ Data & Backup.

Mode 1 (local file): Works fully offline. No dependency on our servers after initial login. Service availability does not affect your ability to create invoices or access your data.
Mode 2 (cloud sync): Requires internet for sync. We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in-app with at least 24 hours' notice.
We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, provided we have made reasonable efforts to maintain availability.
CoPassenger GST360, its source code, design, and branding are owned by The Co Passenger. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your business.
You retain full ownership of your business data. We claim no rights over your invoices, customer records, or any data you create using GST360.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, The Co Passenger's total liability for any claim arising from your use of GST360 is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution by contacting us at support@thecopassenger.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification and email (if provided) at least 14 days before taking effect. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
Continued use of GST360 after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the service.
